Very comfortable! I’ve never worn a hoop skirt before and I put it on under my wedding dress and it was like I was wearing a bubble! I can't fasten the velcro when putting it on, but I can still tie the strings so it's okay. It fit great under my wedding dress, Just remember the velcro and ties go in the front, otherwise, it'll be too low in the front and too high in the back.
