This is a great beekeeping veil for when you just want to do something quick in your hives and don’t need a beekeeping suit. I wear it with a baseball cap, jeans, and a long sleeved shirt. When I’m done, it folds up and gets tucked away in my beekeeping gear.

It’s garbage it shows at hat no hat in top a whole on top so you need something else to keep bees out.

The build is quality I’ve not had a single bee get in so far. I like the string system mine has but I feel like the “D” rings are a little useless in this configuration. The string goes around the opening just like a hoody draw string and this makes the “D” rings kinda pointless. If you were to take the string out and attach it to the back of the opening, with a bit of sewing, then they could be properly used. I will say, on particularly sunny days it is a little hard to see through the mesh, but I assume that’s just the nature of the beeast.

Good quality and does what it is suppose to do. I gave it a 4 as I like things, I don't love them.

Well made, but the string was threaded to come out the front. I prefer the string in the back to draw the veil tight down to shoulders and maintain space between the rear mesh and my neck. Re threading the string wasn't a big job and the veil does seem to keep the guard bees at bay.
