The ad says 12" but they're actually closer to 13" but that's okay. If they were 11" I wouldn't be happy.They are sturdy and the caps fit tightly.Great buy.

This is a reasonably good product.I used it to mail group photographs.The packaging was OK...Canada Post was not!The cost to mail tp Hamilton was $16.10!

I needed several of these to mail documents that couldn't be folded. I was wary of the ends coming off, but these are incredibly sturdy and the caps fit very tightly. Every tube got to its recipient in tact and in perfect condition.

These tubes are great. They’re sturdy and the caps are not going to just fall off. Unfortunately the size doesn’t work for what I need, I definitely need a wider diameter but would recommend these to anyone.
