All ribbons from this supplier seem defective as they kept snapping apart. I tried taping them with no luck. Then I cleaned the machine numerous times and replaced the sticky rollers,numerous times and the ribbons still snapped. I wound up ordering printer ribbons from an authorized Seller from the manufacturer of these machines, referred on the website and Iām on my 7th ribbon with no issues. I should have done this from the beginning but I have never had a problem with sellers products from Amazon. I also returned 2 of the defective ribbons to this seller but never received credits.

This is an office purchase for our ID cards at work. It does the job, no complaints. It comes with a supply of blank cards. You need to purchase card refills and toner every now and then.
