Worked great! I needed a shorter down for my chandelier. My chandelier only came with the longer down rods. To get my chandelier to the height I wanted I needed the 6” rod and this worked perfectly. I wish I could have bought only the short piece w/o wasting the others.

This one maybe on me. i was looking for an extension for a hanging lamp. The description said chrome. I was looking for a nickel type finish - so shame on me.

I used this chandelier light extension rod to lower the light fixture in my dining room, and it really changed the room’s lighting. The black finish gives it a modern, minimalist look that goes perfectly with my furniture. It’s made of thick, sturdy material, so I know it’ll last. The best part was how easy it was to install. It comes with built-in threads, so I was able to do it myself without any help. It was much simpler than I thought. Once it was in place, the rod felt completely secure. My dining room is much brighter now, and the whole atmosphere feels warmer and more inviting.
