Full disclosure, I got this hoping it would work with my Spectra flanges. I guess the Cimilre base is a little taller; while this will connect to a Spectra flange it's a little bit tall so you have to attach it at an angle. So it does work, it's just a little awkward. If you have a bunch of Spectra parts and you want something to use in an emergency, this is fine because it will work with what you already have. If you're looking for a manual pump to use regularly, I'd get some matching Cimilre flanges or buy manual pump kit that comes with everything.

This is so cool! I didn't even know this existed and now that I know.. I didn't have to buy a manual pump with a whole nother set of bottles, valves, etc! I can continue to use my Cimilre parts. Very nice!

I really like this manual handle its simple and efficient. The Cimilre brand parts are made in Korea and are of high quality. This handle doesn't feel thin or cheap, it is nice and sturdy.It's easy to set up and you just plug it into the back of the backflow protector.While it can also fit on a spectra flange it doesn't fit that well because the height of the flange/backflow protector is different. So it would be at an off angle & not ergonomic. Its simple enough to get just the Cimilre flanges or an entire collection kit to fit with this handle.With this handle I am able to manual pump anywhere on the go without needing power.Also i like that this brand is BPA, BPS, and phthalate free .

This fits my spectra parts. It attaches directly to the back of the backlog protector. Works perfectly well and is great to have on hand. Easily washes clean as well. Get to have in your arsenal.

I don’t like how you’d have to purchase the whole set up to complete this, and it is hard to find replacement parts to the pump handle so you’d have to purchase this whole thing over again if you break a piece or experience any wear and tear. Seems easier and cheaper to buy a brand new manual SET

This works great as a backup if the main pump dies or you don't have enough room to travel with the electric pump.
