This padded workout top is not padded at all. This top is too big and amazon indicates free returns. The seller is stating that I pay postage and customs. When I inquired about this amazon arranged to send me a prepaid label for return and never did. Impossible to deal with this return. Very annoying and frustrating.

So, when I ordered this item the delivery date was within five days. This item was delayed for so long I forgot I ordered it! If it hadn’t fit I would never have re-ordered.The padding is a bit too heavy and moves around quite a bit, 38DDD. The front flips up with any amount of movement. The quality is decent, probably best for a woman with a small frame. I have quite a bit of upper back muscles and chest and it just doesn’t fit correctly.I ordered a large.

I initially ordered this crop top in black and in coffee, and when I tried them on, I instantly went back and grabbed the top in white also. This top is super comfy, offers plenty of support, and the twisted back is a cute design. The pads inside of the built-in bra did fit, but I felt like the shape of them was slightly visible under the fabric, so I pulled the pads out. Even in the white, the fabric is thick enough to not be see-through, even with the pads removed. The top has double lined fabric, but with the pads removed you may be a little "nipple-y", just FYI. I am a 30F, and I ordered a small I purchased these to wear out and about, not for exercise, so I can't speak to how well they work during a work out.

It’s so cute in the back but it doesn’t cup the body how it needs to for the litty bittys. I don’t want to wear a bra under because the back is sooo cute. I could try one of those inserts but, idk. I think I’ll return and find another brand same style that offers a smaller size. I’m 5’2 100 lbs

Love this top! Not the most supportive but the built in bra supports enough for most daily activities... wouldn't go running in it (flop flop flop... I've had a few kids, lol.) LOVE the style and comfort. I was afraid the twist would bug me when sitting but it lays flat and is not bulky at all. I normally wear a medium or large and honestly, I think I could have gone with a small. Medium works though. Perfect to show off them back tattoos. Material is soft, like a cotton spandex blend. Straps don't dig in or fall off. Seems to be constructed well. Not too tight and it is stretchy, so size down if you want a tighter fit.

Love the fit. Got a small and it was a little loose but comfortable. Experienced one issue which is, I wore the shirt when I was doing alot of exercises on my back. The knot on the back would dig into my back. After sometime I started to feel some soreness in that spot that it was digging into, like if I had a bruise. Anyway I just won't wear it when I'm doing exercises that I have to lay on my back, problem solved! Would recommend 👌

I usually struggle to find anything without a secure band. I have a 30 band and normally things float on me. This is snug but doesn't dig in and the support is amazing! Will be purchasing the white!!

I recently purchased the Women's Workout Sports Bra and, while I love the unique backless design and padding, the front was a tad smaller than expected. As someone who values comfort during workouts, I found the fit a bit snug for my liking. The twist low back is a stylish touch, and the material is breathable for yoga sessions. Overall, a cute option, but consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit in the front.

I thought this tank looked cute. I ordered a size small which pretty much always fits me but this top was way too big. Even though it was way too big the top was digging Into my armpit... very uncomfortable don't recommend
