I have used a Verilux desk lamp with this full-spectrum bulb for years. Recently the bulb burned out. I bought this replacement bulb and it fits the lamp, working perfectly. If you are looking for a full-spectrum light to fight seasonal depression, this is just the thing.

Am sure was a returned item, or just very poorly boxed..but plugged in, it worked. The craftsmanship does not seem up to par with the original.. not sure of longevity..hopefully I eat my words..Hence, I opted to keep as opposed to return. Time will tell.
