Purchased this to transfer 200 proof ethanol from a barrel. Aside from being packed with grease, after several pumps the grease was gone and the pump started to rub and seized. They say it's fine to use with ethanol and the grease was food grade, but it didn't. Also there is OSHA issues with this pump if used for pumping Class 1B flammable liquids

Have had no problems with it pumping windshield washer fluid a mild corrosive.
