I thought this would be a good stand, and it generally is. However, it is really heavy and bulky and the tightening key for the legs came off at my last gig. I had to super glue the leg tightening key back on; not the best design. Going to get another stand from that brand named after that rock, and sell this one.

The tilt on this stand is perfect. There are lots of gearless tilts out there now days, and I have a number of them from various makers. These Atlas Standards are the last I will ever need. 1st ones I ever owned that hold the cymbals PERFECTLY straight. Plus they are good sturdy stands, and of course the tilt. I have 3 straight and one boom. Great hardware!
