The plastic oil tube tends to kink, but the concept is OK. Had I known it was a transparent plastic hose, I would have chosen one with a rubber hose.

I used this to pump gear oil and I did not like the hose it came with, it is to thin, it bends thus not allowing oil to flow properly, good thing is you can just replace the hose by buying a better one at the local hardware store.
