Both crucibles arrived in perfect condition, no cracks or chips. They seasoned beautifully with minimal borax and they are slightly bigger than expected which was nice. No issues after using them several times to melt over 20 troy ounces of silver. The pour spout could be a little wider but overall I'm 100% satisfied.

I have used these crusibles for multiple melts. They have not failed me yet. I use them almost every day for silver melting with oxy acetaline and have yet to have one crack. Good buy but slow shipping from China

They need a little cleanup before using. Lightly sand off the edges and MAKE SURE the pouring spout is finished to a smoothly pouring shape. Mine had flashing that would prevent a smooth pour. Then wipe all surfaces down with wet rag to remove casting dust. Otherwise, very good.I was actually surprised at how fast these arrived given their origin.
