The new bulb didn’t have a notch to orientate the plug. My husband had to modify the plug end to make it work. We thought the bulb would be the same as the factory one.

This was recommended by technician as much less expensive route to go. He showed me how simple it would be to replace & which model to buy. Thanks to him, we saved $$ & it was easy to replace.

Bought this UV light to replace an aged out bulb, and liked the fact it was stated it would last 2 years.Unfortunately it died almost a year to date when I bought it. I tried contacting the seller, and no response. I would look elsewhere for a UV Bulb, and not buy this one.

This UV light is not a bad bulb if you have a system that can take one without a “key hole .”However I did not see this one the site before ordered and had to return the bulb and reorder. This is the one a store person told us we needed to purchase to replace ours. This one is less expensive than the one with a “key hole.” But did not work for our house system.

I am very impressed with the operation of the bulb. Shows to be a high-quality item. Nothing I can say that I dislike about the bulb at all. I am so glad that I was able to research and find my "OLD" HVAC company was trying to rip me off with slapping their name on the unit and saying the bulb had to be bought through them only for $350 plus labor and I bought this one for $50 and installed it myself.

The replacement bulb is working great was fairly easy to replace and at a fantastic price compared to what the Pros were going to charge me to replace it.
