This is definitely thin and cheaply made, which wouldn't be a problem if it was priced lower.I read one review that said theirs came rusted, which I was worried about before I ordered it. Mine did come with some orange stains which looked just like rust, however upon wiping it the rust looking bits came right off and there was oily metal underneath.It comes with 2 phillips screws, the 6 flat head clips, along with the replacement clips to mount the flat head pieces.Unfortunately, this just isn't priced competitively for how thin it is. It is listed for around $60. The OEM Honda version comes without any screws, which this does, but is only $40. For the $20 difference, you can buy all the hardware and it comes out to be cheaper than buying this third-party stuff.

It took them one week later to come with used rusted Guard .. with no screws to connect … was of time

The OEM part is hard iron or steel. This is very flimsy aluminum. Will have to spend more money to get the proper replacement.
