Purchased this product in November of 2023. We couldn't install until the Spring of 2024 due to winter weather. When we installed it, it didn't work! Things light up as they should but no output to handle the garden lights.It is very said that we are out this money and have missed the timeframe to return this defective product. Would love to hear back from Amazon or Malibu on our getting a refund! We are senior citizens and this money would help to be returned! Thank you!

I have 3 of these one is 300 w 2 are 100 w I have liked everything up until this point. Controls are simple, easy to mount and set up. The 300 watt unit failed recently, and now its trash. My previous experience is that Malibu transformers where bullet proof, and a reliable product. It does not appear that way now. hopefully the others will hold on longer then 20 months. I am looking at other brands.

This is the fourth one I have ordered. My first review was 5 stars and glowing. I thought they were fantastic, not so now. This time they sent me one that the clock didn't work. I thought, it can happen, but then I noticed the rust, and that it was a different cheaper model. Then I decided to correct the clock for daylight savings time on one a bought a year ago. When I pushed the button, the whole face carved in. The plastic had become brittle. I am very disappointed 😞. I thought they were a decent brand, I sorry if anyone bought on my first recommendation.

I really liked the interface and exterior design on this transformer. Unfortunately it only lasted 30 days! You can hear the transformer kick on (click followed by the usual low buzzing sound), however no power exiting to the LV wiring. Did all the required troubleshooting to isolate the problem. And of course, this transformer went belly up the day after my Amazon return window closed. Replaced the unit with a Hampton Bay from Home Depot, this way if/when it were to stop working too, I can deal with someone locally. Wish me luck in dealing with Malibu for a refund.
