I had purchased a similar item at a much lower price and after 3 weeks it died, amen. So I researched the web to see what beer making experts recommended and I ordered this Love controller.It arrived well packaged and in one piece. It is perfect for any form of cooling and or heating scenarios. Example, place it in a basement or any rooms and if it's cold it can start a heater and if it's too warm it can start an air conditioner.The manufacturers should include a simplified diagram for users who do not understand schematic diagrams. Really simple so simple that I could draw it for them.

Exactly what I needed to control a little 12 VDC water circulation pump! Very easy to install and set up. I have it programmed to turn the pump on at 35°F, so that it recirculated hot water through exposed pipes so that they don't freeze.

Unit worked well at first for my smoker, but then fell apart. After about 5 hours in the 250° range the unit acted like it was hear soaked, and threw an error unit I cooled the sensor for 15 minutes. I have used this is a lower temperature water immersion application and it works stellar tho.
