I think all vellum is guilty of smudging easily but this one isn't. it is not as slippery as others. It is matte and all you have to do is just wait at least 5 seconds and the ink will dry (I use technical pens)

Worked great for architectural drafting. Just impossible to erase pencil. I would have to trace my final drawing to make it more professional for submitting to professors.

Works well with the ink jet printer, the only bad thing is it is in a pad and not loose leaf paper. Would much prefer if it were sold in reams.

I am using this paper for the outer wrapper for the Pat 1859 Enfield paper cartridge, the paper does not burn, or shred and chokes nicely when making up these cartridges. Recomend this paper for paper patching of the Pritchet bullet.
