The KEO CLEAT developed by LOOK is known in the world of cycling for its minimal weight and compact design of cleats and pedal combination. KEO cleats are compatible with all standard pedals on the market.
With the memory positioner, you can change your cleats without losing your exact foot position. Simply unscrew the old cleats, leave the positioner in place and clip on the new cleats, using the positioner as a reference.
As with the Delta Cleat Standard, locking in and out of the Keo Cleats is safe and highly efficient. This feature increases the safety of cyclists, no housing or bearing prevents the inward from being locked.
The front and rear area is made of low-friction material for easy, silent locking and unlocking.
How do I choose the right degree of angle freedom?
Each colour corresponds to a different degree of angle freedom, i.e. the level of rotation that the foot can do from left to right when the shoe is hooked on the pedal. With a high degree of angle freedom, your foot is less tied to a fixed position during pedalling.
The KEO Cleat is available in 3 colours:
Black: 0° angle freedom.
◆ Grey: 4.5° angle free
◆ Red: 9° angle free
The choice of angle freedom is often very personal and depends on many parameters, such as the position of the cleats under your shoe, your preferences in terms of the foot feel or your position on the bike.

The cleats work fine on the bike however when walking they are very slippery and dangerous. Much more so ghan regular cleats.

Contento con lo que son. Van muy bien y era la que esperaba. Aún así debo dar baja valoración porque con varias pruebas, un par de caídas y ni 100Km lo que llevan... ya están muy comidas y destrozadas. Esperaba que durasen mucho más. Para empezar y testear como hice yo, las recomiendo.

Nothing like the genuine article. I commute 25mi round trip so trying to save a few bucks isn’t worth the risk. I replaced a off-brand and can tell the difference right away. No-look catching of the pedals on the fly is easier and the fit in the cleat is more snug.

Buy the genuine Look branded cleats. They work very well. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy any other brand even if it says it's the same as Look. IT'S NOT! They're all garbage. Buy ONLY the Look brand.

These were just what I needed to put on my brand new (yet purchased 10+ years ago) Carnac TRS9 tri shoes. The pedals in my training bike are also 10ish years old: Look Keo Carbon blade.Was hesitant to purchase since the pedals are older, but very happy they are perfect !!

The wear on these cleats is slow but certain. After a few years use, the bottom was looking rough and dingy, but still functional.I decided to replace for aesthetic reasons, but I was surprised at how smooth new cleats snap in/out. Especially the snap-in, is more intuitive.I'll be replacing more frequently now.

I noticed that these cleats do not have rubber pads on them like my original ones did. This allows the clear and shoe to slip and lose traction even when walking a short distance on certain surfaces.

Secure fit and built well. The 4.5 degree float is perfect for those who want to go fast, but are concerned about messing up their knees with the 0 degree float. Just switched from Shimano 6 degree float and would definitely say this system with the keo cleats is better.

The very first words of the product description read 'Easy entry and exit due to a fluoropolymer material ...' and I'm finding this to be true after two weeks of debuting these Look KEO cleats. They're significantly easier on this front than my previous cleats. As a relative novice on a road bike, I'm finding this feature to be useful in avoiding needless and embarrassing low-speed Road Rash.The cleats were exceptionally easy to install on my Giro shoes, both of which allow for meaningful adjustment in the preferred placement of cleats on shoe.Great price, too.
