All tubes arrived super bent. Tubes also were supposed to be 16", and all were 15.5". This is super important, granted my posters are 13" and the caps take up an entire additional inch of the inner-space, only leaving about 14-14.5" for the product and hardly any room for extra padding. Tubes are also super heavy, adding cost to shipping. Completely unacceptable. Wish I had gone with another seller.

Practically all the ends were bent, making the caps impossibly hard to secure. I had to hit them on the counter to make the end caps go in. I ship my art prints to customers in these and I know my customers will have a hard time opening them. Also, they are heavy if you are concerned about weight and postage.

Unfortunately the tubes are not true to size, it’s short about 0.5” from 16” so 15.5”

I've purchased these several times and will continue to - they're nice and sturdy for shipping posters. But, some quality control over the end caps is needed. Our most recent order was missing 3 caps, making 2 of the tubes useless. Pretty frustrating.

The tubes seem sturdy and thick enough. The end caps are a bit flimsy, cheap plastic.We used extra tape over them to secure them better. We noticed a faint chemical smell when we opened the package but wasn’t sure if it was coming from the tubes or its packaging.
