lacement. After removing the old tape, I spent an hour removing its residue from the right side using a combination of adhesive remover, tweezers, plastic scrapers, picks and finally acetone. I decided to call the company to see if anyone could give me advice on how to struggle less on the left side. The customer service person (Angie) connected me with someone who was supposedly an expert on this issue but he did not pick up, his voice mailbox was not working, and I could not leave a message. I then tried to call customer service back but they weren’t answering either. I left a message with customer service and never received a call back. Since I already spent a relatively high dollar amount on this new box of Lizardskinz tape, I did install it on my bike, but I won’t be using it again, and I would advise against anyone else using it either unless you like expensive tape that doesn’t last long, is difficult to remove and is represented by a company that does not provide tech support.

Buy once cry once right? High price, but this stuff is great. Great grip, super durable, forgiving during installation.
