Good product BUT the power on toggle DOES NOT LIGHT UP! for safety reasons this need to happen. I was going to gift these now I won't be.

Always unplug what your not using when your use high voltage. That's an safety issue. Always check to if get to hit.

The housing is flimsy and the power light does not illuminate and cranking is a bit awjward. The plugs all work however. Needed it for an event or I would have returned it/requested replacement. It's a good price; just make sure you test all the components.

I use this to run my air compressor and vacuum when outside. It plugs in well, winds well and stores conveniently away.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He’s a professional guitar player and needs it. He brought it to a gig last night and it is so difficult to wind back up he can’t use it. There’s no light on the switch either but that’s the least of the problem. I went online to return it and it said I missed the return date by one day. What a rip off.

I like that the extension cord stays inside the reel until needed. It is a manual crank on the reel which can get stuck at times while reeling it in. It is easy to pull out the cord when needed. It works great for me in the garage and outdoors when I am working outside. It is not waterproof so just be careful to stay away from water sources.
