Embroidered name was great and very professional. Only disappointment was that it opened from the top like a back pack rather than the zipper opening all around the sides like a suitcase although it is quite deep. My grandson loved rolling it around and has lots of different size pockets for lots of things.

My grandkids loved seeing their name on their luggage. The quality was perfect and I loved the sizing of the letters. We haven't used them yet, so I will return with another review of their stability...so far so good.

This is made very well with a thick canvas and beautiful monoogramming..U can tell it will last ! The wheels & zipper r made well too. I wish I had paid more attention to the size because my grandson needed a suitcase a bit bigger than this. He had liked this one because it wasn’t as babyish as most kid suitcases r . I’m not sure it’s returnable since it has his name monogrammed on it! Other than that it does have room to pack about two weeks of kid clothes! It is definitely worth the money for it’s functionality , durability and rollable!
