This ligature is almost an exact copy of one made by Brancher a few years back. Because it is so light it allows excellent reed vibration thus great response and control. However, the problem with this ligature is the wire that attaches the reed plate to the screw is very delicate. After about three years it breaks. Other than that it's a very good ligature. Just don't expect it to last several years.

I received my ligature within a decent time frame....now with that being said .... it looked and performed just like is stated and made a drastic change to how my reed vibrated ....mind you the drastic change was a good one... i would refer this ligature to any and everybody... its well work the price and well made
