LiftMaster 78LM control panel is a multi-function panel used to open and close your garage doors. The LiftMaster 41A5273-1 multi-function panel comes with an adjustable light timer and an oversized push button that’s illuminated for added convenience.
The adjustable light timer allows the user to pre-set the amount of time before the light turns off after use while the lighting control allows controlling the garage door opener lights from inside the garage for increased security and efficiency. The new secure lock function assures that all outside remote control radio signals are locked out while you're away.

I ordered this liftmaster remote to replace an old warn out one when refurbing my garage and it works great. It looks exactly like the one I replaced and install was the same, connect the two wires and mount. I suspect this may work with other doors as the functionality should be the same but check with your manufacturer. The last one lasted 30 years, if I get even half that with this remote I’d say money well spent.

Still recommend because while I would like to say that ever since installing this unit, my garage door seems to be finicky about opening and closing, but it could very well be the motor itself. So... I recommend it. Easy to install, no programming necessary.

I purchased this to replace an existing door opener of the same manufacture. I found a couple of helpful YouTube videos and within 15 minutes the old one was out and the new one was in and it works perfectly.

This LiftMaster Door Opener replaced our old Craftsman opener. With only 2 wires & 2 screws, it was very quick & easy to install. The large button is lit & easy to see in the dark. It works great!
