I purchased this to pull a vacuum on the lines for installing a mini split air conditioner, also purchased off amazon. I will surely use it for other applications but it worked fantastic and was extremely quiet.

I'm only using this at home but it's replacing one of those cheap air compressor type pumps. I love this one. It really works well and pulls a good vacuum. It comes with oil. Pretty good value for the money.

I recently picked up the Lichamp Vacuum Pump for around $120, and I have to say, this little pump gets it done—and fast! I’ve been using it to move refrigerant and other gases from point A to point B, and it’s surprisingly quick for such a small unit. Placing desiccators under vacuum is also thankless, but this little guy does so without complaint. It’s become an essential tool for my a/c and laboratory operations, handling the job right when I need it.An STG Synergies BTN Enterprises Review!

I needed a vacuum pump to complete the installation of a mini-split system. I didn’t want to spend a great deal of money but wanted a pump that would be effective in vacuuming down the refrigerant lines. It was also a plus the pump came with a bottle of vacuum pump oil. The pump only has one port which does limit connections. It worked very well for drawing down my system and maintaining vacuum. Definitely meet my expectations and needs. For day to day use, not sure?

This is a review for Lichamp Vacuum Pump, HVAC Single Stage Vacuum Pump for R134a R410a R22 R12,1/4 HP 3.5 CFM Auto AC Air Tool for Automotive Air Conditioner Refrigerant, Oil Included, Cool Gray.I have had a few of the vacuum pump in my life for checking for leaks and pulling moisture out of an AC system after parts were replaced. This vacuum works with the best of them. As it is known, take care of your tools and your tools will take care of you so be sure to add the proper oil to this system before you use it.This is a very good pump and if you treat it good, it will last. It pulls a great vacuum too. I have used it on about 15 systems so far and it was functioned flawlessly. I think it even worked better than a RobinAir I had. It definitely pulls any moisture out quickly. I am very impressed.
