Innovative 2-in-1 cycling CO2 dispenser and tubeless tire repair kit simultaneously inflates and seals tubeless tires. Machined aluminum construction is both lightweight and highly durable.
Hardened steel reamer scours hole, inserts plug and inflates tire for an efficient and rapid repair. CNC-machined twist knob manually controls release of CO2 gas.
Aluminum canister holds the five included tire plugs and safely stores the reamer when not in use. High quality tire plugs aggressively seal holes that are too large to be sealed by sealant alone (hole size varies from tire to tire).
Sleek, compact design fits in a pocket or straps to your bike. Two kit options: Two 20-gram CO2 cartridges or no cartridges, and a simple Velcro strap.

It appears that this CO2 inflator is designed specifically for tire repair using a bacon strip and simultaneous inflation, rather than through a traditional valve stem. While I should have reviewed the description more thoroughly, it’s worth noting that many similar products feature a detachable bacon insert. To improve clarity, it would be helpful if Lezyne highlighted this specific functionality in the first bullet point of the product description.

Who designs a tire inflator which cannot fill a tire through the valve?! Leyzyne does. This should come with a huge warning label that it CANNOT BE USED AS A CONVENTIONAL INFLATOR. It can only fill your tire through the puncture. Overpriced and worthless. I’ve had to go out and buy a second tire inflator.There are plenty of times when you want to fill a tire and it’s not punctured. Has no one at Lezyne ever burped a tire? Slashed one open on glass and had to use a tube?For $50, it’s outrageous that this cannot fill a tire through the valve.

This is the kind of product that you want to never need, but if you do need it, it's really important that it works. Well, it was strapped to my bike for the last two years and when I finally got a flat this weekend, it failed. The problem is that you need to fill the tire in the puncture hole rather than at the valve. Skip this and get a system that lets you plug the hole and fill at the valve. Or just carry a tube and don't worry about plugging the hole, esp. if it's in a sidewall.

It’s a nice well made part. The threading is easy and well engineered. It’s compact but a little bit thicker than I expected and doesn’t fit into my accessories pouch. I wish it were the same thickness as a co2 cartridge. Somehow the shape isn’t very intuitive and always gets in the way of other accessories on the bike. Comes with a bike frame mount but it’s somehow a little clunky and less than ideal. If compact is your goal maybe look somewhere else.
