It a Lewit.... I have several now and they all sound fantastic. This mic is great for dynamic sources like guitar and vocals. It really sounds like it punches way up in class. It sounds very noticeably better then the sure sm58 we were using. It's more flat, has more body and sounds like a studio condenser when paired with a nice mic pre and compressor. I have a studio at my house but my band practices through an 11,000w PA in my garage and this mic definitely feels really good live. It really reminds me of recording vocals with a condenser mic. I'm not sure that will make sense to a lot of people but if you record and play live a lot you will know what I mean.

I have a lot of mics. I got this one because I had another Lewitt mic. This is a solid mic for the money, seems to be designed with care.

The response of this mic is awesome! It sounds great on every stage and in differente circunstances. I can say it has a very clear sound without unwanted low and mid frequencies. If you are looking for a robust and class A on stage mic , this is your choice. It only could be compare with condenser stage more expensive mics.

All you need is this mic, no power needed to a dynamic mic by the way, a USB audio interface or a great sound board with computer USB capabilities so you can use Audacity, and you have most of everything you'll need for a home studio set up besides a computer or headphones...This is the cheapest option over sound proof or dampening a room because this mic really does cut out a lot of noise just have to be setting up your studio to where nothing but you vocals go into the mic and have a cut on the USB interface or in post of sound that is too loud...Now a condenser mic will pick up a lot of sound no matter where you place it and require power to the mic they are more sensitive and for me called for a lot of post work on the audio...I could hear my AC with a Condenser and where I was located within my home did not matter you have to spend more money to get the sound you want by making the room perfect for sound...This dynamic mic took that cost out of the picture and its great for phone calls or vocals since its a Performance mic for on stage and have a high feedback negation within it. Now depending on the strength of your voice and the USB audio interface, AKA DAC with MIc input, you will have to give it a bit of gain if you don't have a heavy voice that is loud of a Bright voice that is loud...but not needing phantom power means I can leave it be. It works for my case and it may work for others who have time on their hands 2020

This mic does not appear to color the sound and comes across more clear and neutral than expected. I have compared this fine mic with a Sennheiser e935 and an MD46 that I also own. It required only a little more gain. If you're looking for something that stays true to the source then this is it. Build quality is top notch with a mic clip that offers easy adjustment and a foam windscreen that's a nice added value touch and not yet again another purchase you have to make after the fact.
