Locks are sturdy. Prefer a key rather than a lock with a combination. Keys worked in both the locks --just in case you lose one.

TSA unlocked my bag on my last trip and then replaced it with a non-TSA lock. I had to get an agent at ne destination with bolt cutters to take that lock off.I like these keyed TSA locks and the bright green color (easy to spot on bag carousel). Happy to find a replacement by same company and in same green color.

Tenía que ir de viaje a Centro América, así que los compré para asegurar mi maleta durante el tránsito entre los aeropuertos y el transporte del país al que iba a llegar.El color que recibí es incorrecto. Tenían que ser color verde mate como se mostraban en las fotografías, no verde fluorescente. Los tuve que devolver porque no deseaba llamar la atención durante mi viaje con dichos candados tan llamativos.El cerrojo de acceso para las autoridades de TSA está cubierta por la funda, lo cual es bueno. Para otro tipo de viajes, serían muy útiles. Incluye los repuestos de llave sin sus cadenas.

Would recommend these luggage locks as they are well made, also the TSA can open and close them if needed and not destroy the locks. Also comes with 2 keys in case you lose one. Put the lock at the top of the bag and it will not get ripped off going through baggage if you check your bags. Extra protection if you carry on as you may have to gate check your bag if there is no room left in the overhead bins.
