Comfortable and somewhat conservative (no holes). Good color. Nice fabric weight and stretch. Easy zip with large silver button.I’m 5’6 and 127 pounds and I tried the 30 but no go. The 32 is perfect but I have a straight up and down body—medium waist small hips and legs. No butt.

My go to shorts! Wore this on my summer vacation and it was so comfy and stylish! They have a flattering fit that accentuates the waist and gives a classic, timeless look. I tried on so many brands of high rise jean shorts such as the one from Express, JCrew, Gap, AG, etc. All of them are either too tight around my mildly puffy mommy’s belly (not really a big muffin top but a small amount of excessive skin due to having a child) and squeezed my skin in a painful way, or they have zero strength and went up into my crouch which was very uncomfortable to wear. It’s so hard for a person with a mom’s waist to find the right type of high waist shorts since I lost my slim waist after childbirth. This short is not way too short to the point that I look like a mom trying too hard to look like a teenager or the length is not too long that’s aging me and made me looked 10 years older like a grandma. I bought the dark gray wash one and it’s trendy that I can dress down with a cropped top or dress up with a polo shirt tucked in. I’m 130 pounds with waist 28-30 inches depending on how many beers I have in a week. I wear size 28.

Update: returned the shorts, realized I would not want to wear them due to the low rise and short inseam.I might keep these shorts despite the fact that they are not the same as the photo or description. I was looking for true high rise shorts that cover 2-3 inches below my butt. They are more of a mid-rise (hit below my belly button) instead of the ultra high waist you see on the model. And they are extremely short, the inseam can’t be more than 2 inches long. And if you have thick thighs like me, those 2 inches disappear when you walk. So they are really booty shorts. They are very cute and youthful, and also comfy with a LOT of stretch. I wear size 10 in other brands, and got my usual size in Levi’s (30) and they fit well. I think one size up also could fit. If it helps, I’m 5’5, 150lbs, 32 inch waist with a belly, and 40 inch hips. I’m not super happy because they aren’t what I’m looking for, but might keep them for hot summer days because they are stretchy and comfortable.

As I gained quite a bit of weight over the winter and spring I bought a size 28 (I used to be a 24 /25). They are a little tight. But perfect amount of stretch! Fit like a glove. REAL Levi’s (sometimes I’ve ordered knock offs by accident). Perfect day to day shorts (high waisted &a great length) I’m 5’8”.

As a recent mom still rocking a mom bod and on the plus side, these shorts are the unicorn of shorts for plus size women and I'm sure any woman! They are soft, great quality, fit my waist perfectly but don't squeeze my thighs, and make my butt look great. PS I don't have an amazing perky butt but it looks great in these. I love the high waisted style since it covers my mom pouch and doesn't squeeze my love handles. 10/10 recommended. I'm 5'3, 205 lbs, 36 inch waist and 45 inch hips and a size 33 works great for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by these shorts! They have structure but also stretch just enough to be comfortable and not confining. The length is a little shorter than I anticipated but not uncomfortably so and the high waist is AMAZING. Color is super cute. I am 5'5" and 160 lbs, range between a size ten and twelve pant depending on brand.

Not the typical rigid Levi denim, it’s a thinner denim but it has some stretch and they’re really comfortable to wear. Flattering too. Perfect fit on me (might have even been able to go down a size depending on how much it stretches through the day), for reference I’m 5’0, 106ish pounds and I usually get a 26 in stretch denim and a 27 in non-stretch denim.

I originally ordered a 28, the fit was okay but a little loose. I know after a day of wear they would stretch out and be unflattering. I exchanged for a 27 and I am overall happy with the product. Because they are a thinner/more stretchy denim I would recommend sizing down if you are wanting a more true tight fit.

They are just fitted enough around the waist and hip that they feel secure, but loose enough around the thighs to be free moving and not to revealing. VERY complimentary. The sapphire color I ordered was not stretch (aka real denim), but still adjusted to my shape.I am 5'6" 120 lbs. and I ordered a size 2""**REVIEW UPDATE**I do like these shorts still; however upon ordering a second pair they were an entirely different material and slightly different style. My first pair was button fastened, real denim, darker than pictured, and no rips. I LOVED THEM. So I order another pair of the sapphire dust size 2. They were more like the picture, BUT were not close to as well fitted or high quality as the first pair. They are a light stretch denim and are tight in...the wrong areas. Keeping them since they were a good price.Just beware if you order more than one pair.
