After recently watching the movie The Deer Hunter, I set about building a classic representation of the Remington 700 Feather lite rifle. I didn't want to put a Chinese scope on such a fine rifle and so I decided to go with a Made in the USA American (right here in Oregon, in fact) scope.Man alive am I happy with my purchase!Not only does the glass look clear and are the turrets easily adjustable, but this thing is LIGHT. It weighs nothing at all, and it's going to so perfectly match my lightweight Remington rifle.Honestly, given the reasonable price of this scope, I don't know that I'll ever buy a Chinese scope again when I can support American/Oregon workers.I'm very, very happy with this scope.

Seems to he a nice scope with good clarity. The only thing I dislike so far is that for such a reputable company, they don't give any sort of lens covers or anything else to help protect the lenses.

Great scope. Very basic. Great glass. Very light but still feels tough. I have bought a ton of other scopes in this price range but this one is the best. Great for a light weight deer or bear hunting rig. Turrets track great. Good tactile feel when making adjustments. Leupold is now my favorite.

These vx freedom scopes are the best deal going. I have several. The cds dial tracks great and the glass is incredibly clear and brighter than anything in it's price range and most that are more pricey. It's amazing how much better you can see through the scope at last light than you can with the naked eye. Makes near dark look like daylight. Can't say a bad thing about them.
