I bought this special executive letter opener thinking I could add a touch of class to my mail routine and maybe make myself feel like a big shot in the process. I was wrong. This letter opener not only is cheaply made, but it is friggin' TINY. It looks embarrassingly diminutive and ridiculous, but that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that I can not open letters with it. There is a flat edge on the blade that will not cut paper, it just will tear it at best if you put force behind it. That's right, a letter opener that won't cut open a letter. This is a sad and pathetic waste of money and it certainly won't give you that executive swagger boost you're looking for.
