I am very disappointed in the Lenox company. I went on line to tell them I bought 3 tier servers. Beautiful but one of the three did not have the hardware enclosed. They promised to email me but failed to. So I'm leaving a bad review and rating.

Even though it did not come with instructions all you have to do is put the first gold stand on top of the plate and with the clear washer put that on the bottom then the silver washer then the screw under the plate.With the top part put 1 of the clear washers on the tip of the first gold stand then put the second plate, after another clear washer on top of the second plate then tighten it and you have a 2 tier grinch cookie plate. Its a good thing for parties and my kids really liked it!

I have seen reviews that say the platter is wobbly. It is very easy to assemble this incorrectly since there are no instructions and a few different incorrect ways that it can be put together. In order to assemble it correctly u simply place the gold stands on top of each plate not under them. The single silver screw goes directly through the bottom plate (from the underside) into the gold stand on top. Hope this helps!

Very cute. Easy to put together. Looks good on my table. Colors are cute as are graphics.Packaging was atrocious. I am amazed it was not in a million pieces.
