This meat slicer was very easy to clean and operate. I love the stainless-steel professional look and the built in sharpening tool. This is perfect for a deli or home. We buy a lot of sandwich meats and buying in bulk is a lot cheaper. Definitely keeping my eye out for friends.

If you want to feel like you have a deli at home then you need this meat slicer. It is easy to operate and set up. It slices through boneless meat easily. You can adjust the slice to make thin or thick slices which ever one you prefer. No more buying sandwich meat now you can make your own. Safe to use. Stainless steel looks beautiful on your counter. Just in time for deer season. This is a fantastic product that saves you a lot of money at the grocery store. I am glad I got this.

Truly this is a pretty rockstar slicer. It has a sharpener built in, and the blade is designed in such a way that it seems like it'll be usable for years. Lem makes solid products, things that I'd expect to be used in commercial application, but I'm merely a home user who enjoys nice things. You will too.

Honestly, honestly I probably don’t have the extra room in my kitchen for this thing, but I do a lot of meat smoking and wanted to be able to slice up like corn beef briskets into lunch meat. Slicing a large brisket by hand and getting consistent even slices can be tricky and time consuming, this definitely cut the job down. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve had access to a commercial grade slicer as I grew up in a household that own a bakery and use the slicer regularly as a youth. This is the first one I’ve had in years my only issue I’ve had is When cutting lower profile slices of meat, sometimes corners at the bottom catch and grab if you’re not accustomed to using a slicer, it does take some practice getting a good rhythm, and knowing how to catch the meat as it comes off the blade and stacking it rather than just letting it fall. All in all cleanup seems to be pretty easy with the exception of the spikes on the guard hold the meat in place slicing I wish assembly were easy to remove and wash separately rather than trying to get in those tight spaces while it’s on the machine I don’t have a dedicated area of my kitchen that I can leave this, so it is quite heavy to pick up and move each time but overall i’m pretty happy with the quality result of this laser, especially considering most slicers in this size of 12 inch category start higher price point so if you’re not looking to spend over $1000 but still what something that can handle larger capacities this is a good place to start
