Works great. Very true to size. I normally use 3-3 1/2 wood and this is definitely 3 1/2. Has a good sound.

The reed plays a bit harder than cane or the Legere 3.5 signature (that one is a five star). When I went to a 3.25, much better on my setup. I love the hassle free part of playing both my Legere reeds. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to tweak or adjust for balance, but it simply doesn't need any scraping or sanding. It looks like I'll be enjoying these for a long time.

The reed is easier to play with than a standard reed. I also like that it lasts longer. The other students in class want to order one too.

I use this mainly for outdoor gigs like the Golden Gate Park Band and if you get the right strength, it is effective.
