Installed on small trailer first time I let tailgate down the springs just bent and lost any help they were supposed to do just installed and past return date very unhappy with them

J'ai installé ces springs sur une rampe et après un essaie ils on perdu beaucoup de tension. Et après 4-5 cycles il n'y avait plus AUCUNE tension..

Wanted to give it a minus 5 stars but couldn’t! Installed on a 30 x 53 inch aluminum ramp and they completely lost their compression the first time I left the ramp down. Tightened the springs 3 times and the completely loose their compression on first attempt on letting the ramp down.Very disappointed!
