Was exactly what I wanted until I hooked up the parking light and it constantly dances and pulsates. Not at all what I was wanting and is definitely not legal for a vehicle that's daily driven. Very dissappointed

I bought this to install on the upper rear window of my 2013 Genesis Coupe. If your familiar with the Genesis Coupe it has a normal third light at the bottom of the rear window near the top of the trunk. So I eliminated that third brake light and replaced it with this light strip.It's easy to install, you just peel the adhesive tape off and stick it to your window, that's it done. The wiring on the other hand could be a very easy install or tricky, and that difficulty can vary from vehicle to vehicle. But, speaking in the case of my 2013 Genesis Coupe, the way I ran it, it took some time to run. That is not the fault of the light bar though, its just how I wanted to run the light. I didn't want wiring to show at all, so I basically dismantled my entire interior to make sure I ran the wires and the control box where they couldn't be seen at all.I also didn't care about all the features this third brake light had to offer with the turn signal and other stuff, I really just wanted to relocate my third brake light to the top of the rear window. So I cut all the unnecessary wires out. That is what I am writing my review about, how the light bar works as a third brake light and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.The light works as it should.(Disclaimer: this paragraph is subject to the user, its how I feel, but you may not feel the same way and if your okay with it don't let this paragraph sway your decision to purchase this product) I don't like the sequence "on brake" and I wish it could be disabled and just light the entire bar at once. If your not familiar, I will try to explain. The way the light bar is setup when you hit the brake pedal, it has a sequence where the inside LEDs light first and work their way to the outer LEDs until the entire brake light is lit and stays that way. Every time you let go and press the brake pedal it will restart the sequence. So stuck in traffic its like a stupid light show because you're constantly pressing the brake pedal and its doing the sequence every time like the light its retarded or something. So, having the ability to turn this feature off would be nice or just have the entire light bar light up at the same time would be nice as well. Maybe that is asking too much for the price.Speaking of the lights that is another problem I have with this light bar. My OEM third brake light with 5 LEDs is brighter then this light bar lit up which has about 40 LEDs in it. So, I wish the light bar was brighter, if not, at least as bright as my OEM third brake light. So it has more LEDs in it but its still dimmer then my OEM third light.The length is perfect for a 2013 Genesis Coupe, so if you have a car like mine, there is no issue with the length it goes from end to end on the Genesis Coupe and looks really cool when lit up and there is a good enough length of wire to go around the window to the third brake light.If you plan on running the wiring for all the features (EX: constant on, brake light, left turn signal sequence, right turn signal sequence) Then make sure you have extra wires, either purchase a roll of wire on Amazon or if you have wires make sure they are long enough, because you don't get much length to run for all the features to work. (For me I just wanted the third brake light so I didn't need any extra wire).Finally, thing is there is a delay in the light bar actually lighting up. All my rear lights are LED so they basically light up instantly. This light bar is a bit slower on the light up then the rest. It could be because the controller has to send the signal once it gets the power and that creates a delay in the light bar responding, but, I have grown used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore. I am just putting it in this review so you (the reader) knows it may have a delay for you so don't be surprised.Overall, I like the light, it looks great and I will keep it on my car as long as it works even after the stuff mentioned above. But the above reasons is why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5. If this is something you are looking into for your car, then I would say get it, I tried to address what I noticed in this review to point out things I wish I had known before buying it, which may have lead to me not purchasing this light and looking for something that would have suited what I wanted. That is why I am writing this review, because if you are like me and just are looking for a third brake light to relocate your own brake light or replace your third break light and don't care for the other fancy sequence stuff, then keep looking and find another light bar because this ain't it.

This part do not work right turn right turn left and break all work but the emergency part won't work when I hit the emergency flasher it shut everything down so I don't use it would like it if they send me another one but that won't happen ........

When you are a basshead (someone who enjoys loud bass), things trend to break in your vehicle. In me case, it was my 3rd brake light. I was going to replace it but then I saw this. What a great way to make my Nissan Altima stand out. I love the way it lights up and all it took was having a wire diagram to know which wire is which.

I am not an electronics expert so I had to actually go to the company that installed my stereo system and have them install it. But it works great and I love it and I get compliments on it all the time
