This tester helped me fix a 75 in Hisense LED TV I only had to pay the cost of this tester and the lights which was 40 bucks so essentially it saved the $800 TV

I repair a lot of LED tvs and used a homemade tester I made, but these are a lot lower prices nowadays so I bought one to make testing LED's a lot easier and faster and it was well worth the money!

I used this device to test my backlight to rule out if it was my power supply or backlight. The device auto adjusted to the correct voltage and LCDs lit up right away. It must have temporarily corrected some sort of resistance because when I plugged the lights back into the power supply board the LCDs lit up like nothing was wrong! I’ll keep “jump starting” this Sony 4K 70” (KD-70690e) until the backlights stop working.
