With this adhesive strip kit your life of replacing the computer much easier and funnier. Each LCD adhesive strip kit contains 6 pieces of screen stickers and a set of replacement tool providing convenient use feeling for you.
Step1
Use the tool to remove your monitor.
Step 2
Clean the original adhesive strip.
Step 3
Install the strip on the place where it meant to be. For example 03 & 05: on the left and right of the display, 01 & 02: above the display, 04L & 04R: below the display.
Step4
Please slowly peel off the film on the back of adhesive strips.
Step 5
Test your computer to check whether it runs well before sealing.
Step 6
Finally remove the fixing tape.

Used this kit to replace the screen on my older iMac after upgrading the hard drive to SSD. Work slowly and carefully with the wheel tool otherwise you will end up with hairline cracks in the screen. Great price point and everything was included. Definitely recommend!

Use this after replacing ram and upgrading to SSD Drive and my 2017 iMac and installing “on it worked as implied definitely worth following the steps and glad it came in. I said two in case there was a need to remove it a second time.

I am a professional technician of 30+ years and work on Macs (as well as PCs). These adhesive kits mimic Apple's adhesive kits perfectly. Care must be taken in any display-panel install like this but having said that, these kits are easy to install and work as well as the authorized kits. Highly recommended.

I was quite hesitant to attempt this myself but after looking at a YouTube how-to video, I ordered this set and using the screen removal tool and installing the strips were much easier than I anticipated.

Fast Shipping, Great Wheel Tool, Great Value...BUT the "4R" strip for lower right DOES NOT have the Microphone notch.If you do not make a notch in the strip your Microphone will NOT WORK.It pains me to think how many novices will not notice and then wonder why their Microphone does not work anymore. Sad!edit: also no instructions included so be sure to visit youtube or ifixit if you don't know how to position these, the bottom set being the least obvious... do not overlap the side tape with the tab coming up from the bottom tape!
