When they showed up they came in a secure cardboard envelope ✅ which is really good since I’ve had issues with Amazon giving me damaged stuff before. The paper is thick and very professional looking ✅. None were messed up but I didn’t receive 25 of each. I was putting them together and getting them ready for clients to use but couldn’t do all of them since there wasn’t enough of the intake forms. I don’t mind it since I have a printer I can just copy and print a bunch more out but I was hoping to have a complete set ❌.
