Product was defective. Had to call a professional plumber out to "fix" my installation. Turns out it wasn't my installation but the valve itself. And now, I have missed the refund window AND had to pay a professional plumber to tell me this.

I'd give this ZERO stars if possible. The manufacturer either doesn't have good quality control (they're made in Taiwan....) or has no idea what is the difference between the hot and cold side. I ordered it twice thinking someone made a mistake. Both packages sent to me had COLD cartridges packed inside. They turn the wrong way!I thought perhaps since it's from Taiwan they just got confused and pack them backwards. So I ordered the cold side version. No luck. It was correct which made it the SAME cartridge as what they packed into the hot side package.A complete joke and waste of my time. It's a 5 minute repair that has cost me several hours of my life.
