Love this! It drys super fast and is perfect for our small kitchen (no dishwasher.) We had a bamboo version that turned black on the bottom over time from holding moisture so this is a huge step up.

Review of Large Utensil Holder for Kitchen Counter - Diatomite Base Prevents Water Buildup and Dries Instantly, Cooking Utensil Holder Utensil Organizer, Farmhouse Cooking Utensil Storage for Spatula:I absolutely love this utensil holder! There are some utensils I prefer to wash by hand rather than place them in the dishwasher. I also bake sourdough bread and hand wash the tools I use for that. I have a dish drainer with a utensil box, but it is not tall enough or stable enough to handle longer utensils so they were perpetually falling back into the sink. That is not a problem with this holder. I set this on the counter behind my dish drainer and I just drop those freshly washed wet utensils into it. The diatomite base dries the water up super fast. The utensils are secure until I put them away or use them again. With three separate compartments there is plenty of room for several different types of utensils. This is my new favorite kitchen tool.

This is very compact and doesn’t take up too much space for draining/organizing your silverware and cooking utensils however the only issue it smaller utensils fall through so it’s truly only meant for larger cooking utensil.
