Like the size and thickness. Packaging was excellent as well. Arrived 2 days early. Bought it for our lanai to go with our other nautical/tropical themed decor.Since it is made from heavy pressboard, it isn’t meant for outdoor use, however where we hung it, the board will not get wet, nor will it be hit with direct sunlight. Just to protect our investment, (it isn’t cheap after all) I gave it 3 coats of clear polyurethane on all sides. That will provide protection from the humidity it will be exposed to. We really love it. It looks awesome. 😊

I was shocked and impressed by how quickly this arrived. I was even more happy to see that it was wonderfully packaged, keeping it safe from being damaged. Upon opening it, I could not be more elated. This surfboard sign is perfect. Bright and vividly colored and well made. I saw another reviewer wrote “it’s basically a sign”. Yes, that’s what it is. What was she expecting? A real surfboard with a shark bite in it?

Iv'e been looking for one of these for years.I'm a transplant to Missouri from Florida(35 Years)These were always priced so high I couldn't afford one.When I saw the price and size(6 Foot)..I Pounced...Iv'e been trying to recreate the Florida Vibe in this Mid -Century 60's home which hasn't been easy.Installed Palm Frond Ceiling fans,Rattan Furniture,Tropical silk plants with Live Birds of Paradise for indoors,Basket weave wicker rugs ETC.etc etcThe missing piece in all this recreation was this Surfboard.You can't go anywhere in Florida or the Keys and not see one of these hanging over the Tiki Bar.The one thing I was worried about was the shipping.I've recieved so many things here that were destroyed in shipping that I was worried about a 6 foot Surfboard.This thing came with wood braces and lots of Cardboard and tape.Not a scratch or Dent.WELCOME to Key West in Missouri folks.Thanks "Mancave" for fullfilling my bucket list
