In the beginning, our business was outfitting racing sailors. And in an early catalog we offered a canvas Tote for "beach, board and beyond." It became so popular a legend was born.
Since then the Tote has helped our customers carry everything from beach towels to bricks - it was even used as a towline and sea anchor. We continued to tweak the Tote, and even made updates suggested by customers, making it stronger, softer and sturdier.

I ordered a medium size bag and this is what came in the mail. Wristlet is added for reference. I previously had a medium size bag from them and it’s way bigger than this. I will be returning. I typically don’t write reviews but I couldn’t let this go.I really do like Lands End and they make good quality items, but this is a massive size discrepancy.
