I thought I would save time and money by ordering a parking brake actuator from Labwork when my old one failed, but the part did not fit, which meant the auto shop had to remove the part, and then order the correct one. This cost me an additional $700.On top of that, I could not get a refund from Amazon until I returned the part. Meanwhile, no one at Labwork answered the phone, or returned my voicemail messages, or messages sent through Amazon. In short, they just didn't care.
