did an event recently where no fewer than 5 buses had a purge valve stuck open. I demonstrated how to change it with a new one as well as how to clean the old one and try to get a little more life out of it, personally I've made this an every-other-year replacement item and I carry a spare because I don't like being stuck.

I had leaked purge valve . It was for kenworth 98 t800 . It had Ad9 air dryer . Not that original bendix one . It’s called soft seat purge valve . Hard seat is which you have to assemble it . Make sure you dryer doesn’t have the hard seat one . This in e fit perfect I had opened mine one first and made sure it’s soft seat and matching . Also it had 12 v heater plug as well .
