Like the feature. Like that I can use it anywhere. Like the BT feature. However, it wastes a lot tape every time you print. Wish it didn’t do that.

The app tends to connect and disconnect multiple times while trying to make a label. This can get very annoying but overall it was a great price of the product. Cute emojis and fonts sealed the deal for me!

Perfect use with the bluetooth capabilities with simple instructions also pretty quick to print and has various fonts to choose from. Would recommend for the DIY enthusiast.

**EDITED** after giving it time to charge, the printer ultimately synced with the app (even though the model number was still not among those listed to choose). It connected after I unplugged the charging cable, turned the printer on and off, and then told it to connect. I was able to print a label and the print was clear. I am still unsure about replacement cartridges though (where and how to get them) and I was quite frustrated with it at first. I do like that it truly is portable and small although I am unsure why I would randomly take a label maker somewhere. It's not like I would need one at a party.**Original review** I have never used an electric label maker before and I am wondering if I ever will GET to use this one. I have read the directions and downloaded the app that is required in order to print anything. (There are precisely two buttons on the printer-the power button and a button that is the scissors) In the manual, there is a QR code link to the app. Fine. I did that. I made myself an account. I was then asked to pair the printer to my phone. The printer I have is model P3200 which is NOT included in the models listed in the app. There was a place in the app that I could see images of printers to pair and none were what I have. So... since I can't find the printer, I picked one with a picture as close as possible to what I have. My Blutooth is open and my phone is 6" away from the printer. It won't pair. I tried selecting a few different models in the app to see if ANY of them would pair with the app on my phone and none of them worked. It IS connected to a power source as the continuous green light indicates is normal. It won't print a requested diagnostic page as the instruction manual claims it can do. Unless the side wall embossing is just an indicator of the direction the printer is supposed to sit, it appears to be the same symbol used for instruction on which direction to slide a panel when a battery compartment. However, that side of the printer does not want to open at all. The opposite side of the printer is the side that opens (like a door) to reveal where the label tape cassette goes. Considering the printer is USELESS without the app, I am not sure what to do with it. I may see if being connected to a power source gives it a charge and then trying again. I also tried rebooting my phone...nothing. I don't see where there is a program update available for the app. AND THEN>>>There is no name on the printer. Nothing. Nada. How do I get new label tape...God willing I can ever use the thing? I realize this product as listed on Amazon has a name but the actual box and printer have nothing. "Vixic" is nowhere to be found. Something ain't right with this thing.

Overall, this is not a product that I would recommend.The positive: The software. The app is easy to install and use on your phone. The bluetooth connects quickly and well. It is certainly easier to create labels with this app than using a label maker with an integrated keyboard, and you have many more design options.The neutral: The printed instructions that come with the device make it seem much harder to do things like change out the tape cartridge than is actually is. But it is reasonably thorough.The negative: The actual printing device. It came with a sample tape cartridge of black ink on white. The initial labels I printed had uneven print quality - some of the letters were washed out (3 labels with white background). I cleaned the print head, per the instructions, and the print quality improved (3 labels with brown background).I wanted labels on a clear background so I ordered some tape. (CAUTION: the device is made to make it difficult to use some of the tape cartridges that look like they should work. It has raised plastic areas inside that prevent the cartridges from fitting all the way inside. Compare the back sides of the cartridges you buy to the sample one very carefully to make sure they will go into the device.)The print quality on the black on clear tape was very poor. I tried cleaning the head again, but it didn't help. The tape I bought had positive reviews, so I think the problem is with the device. Also, the device seems kind of flimsy. Not sure how durable it will be.
