True review and actual opinion, not paid for a 5 star review! I’m sure this will fit all the weak 10 dollar china winches but getting an actual quality name brand winch will require a bit of drilling and dremeling to mount it. Also had to remove the lowest grill guard to get it to fit. Does it still look good? Yes. Is it solid? Also yes. Was it annoying trying to even adapt it? Absolutely. Almost tips 3 stars by how frustrating it was but 4 cuz it’s still high quality. The manufacture should pay attention to what’s actually on the market, not what they keep pushing down the consumers throat. All they need to do is move the mounting provisions about 1-2mm or make the existing slots longer, as well as widen the valley that the winch sits in by about 1-2mm. Either way i suppose you cant beat it. It’s nice.

LOOKS GREATHard to put on provided hardware stripped easilyThe lights that came with mine didn’t work.Feels brittle and easy to break.Had to buy 2 front bumpers to get what I needed FROM THIS STORE because it was shipped in a gray bag and got beat to hell during the process. When you try to save a buck there are risks. This is one of them.

This bumper looks absolutely amazing on my Gen8 Scout V2. And looks are like, 80% of the game.That being said...Mine did not hold up very well for very long. The attached close-up photo is from hitting a wooden post stump, at an angle, at about 1/4 throttle.But honestly, I can't even fault it. It's thin, cast aluminum, and I knew going into this that it wasn't going to be indestructible, so I feel that 3 stars is a fair rating.

Very nice bumper for gen8 it was really tite getting it on but fit looks amazing best one I found so far if you have gen8 buy it

Looks great and tucks in close to the front grill for better approach angles. Worth the money.
