The slicing thickness for this KWS PS-92 fresh meat cutter is 7mm. Quickly interchangeable cutting blades are available in different sizes; replacement blade is available for purchase/ special order and can be found in KitchenWare Station official website.
This machine also equipped with emergency stop push button and safety protection device for maximizing safety and accident prevention. It can be stopped immediately if urgent situation arises and will automatically shut down when stainless steel meat tray is removed.
