We live in the north where it is common to have rust spots on low profile cars from the snow and road salts. My son was looking for something to cover a few existing rust spots and prevent any further rusting. This was the perfect fix. We did have to take off the front tires to put them on but they fit perfectly and were easy to screw on. They look nice and were just what we were looking for.
