Product was as described and fast delivery. The only thing I had to do was replace the original screws with longer ones. All the holes lined up perfect on by 2013 ford escape SE. Product was packaged good and not bent in any way.

Horrible customer service. Description states it fits a 2018 Ford Escape SEL. It does Not. Doesn’t come close. They wanted me to pay to have it shipped back. Do not buy from this company.

UPDATE 12/04;23This thing is too thick and heavy, original screws won’t hold it up…I bought a reamer/ tap kit from Harbor Freight , and was able to upgrade the bolts to 1 1/2 inch long , and thicker…Now shield stays up . Still Torx T30 , just bigger bolts, except for 2 side ones( still original)Keep an eye out if you have an oil change place remove shield , they are notorious for losing them!
